Tinman Creative is looking for people who can draw, know Flash, and can animate frame-by-frame.  Immediate positions include cleanup and inbetween work, and the potential for design and key animation work later on!

Tinman Creative is also looking for an organized compositor with picture editing experience and a good sense of pipeline and workflow.  If you can draw on top of all that, even better!

Tinman Development Day - September

The creative juices were flowing during the last Development Day at Tinman Creative.

Participating in this last round was Kathryn Durst, Laurel Dalgleish, Noam Sussman, Nooree Kim, Saes Byeol Oh and Sasha Bogolyubova.

While we can't show you what we worked on ('cuz that's top secret, don't ya know), we can share with you photos from the day!

12 Shorts in 12 Days: McDonald's 140 Character Films

We recently wrapped on an amazing project for McDonald's Canada and Tribal DDB.  The task was to create 12 short films based on viewer submissions.  The submissions were awesome, and we had a blast creating these hilarious films.

Congratulations to everyone involved, they turned out great!

Tinman Creative is looking for somebody special!  This somebody is a PA with production manager aspirations and who is able to do basic picture and audio editing.  They must be organized, have a flexible schedule and be eager to learn about animation both creatively and technically.

Drawing skills, compositing skills and a keen eye for details are definitely a plus!
